I love repeating myself.

Why is it that whenever you call a customer service number, they make you type in all of your information: Account number, birthdate, social security number, address, and whatever else. Then after a million other menu options, you're connected to someone who asks you for ALL OF THE SAME INFORMATION!!!!!!! Why the fuck did I just spend 20 minutes typing, confirming, dialing, and yelling into the phone when you're going to ask me the same shit?? Everyone's time is wasted, including your automated robot voice.
